Depending on the day and time you book this tour, the snacks we taste may vary. We eat “on the road,” for example Spanish tapas, Moroccan pancakes with dipping sauces, Armenian sweets, a chocolate treat from a local chocolatier, … and we also get to know the local entrepreneur wherever this is possible. The snacks replace a lunch, but please note: we usually eat on the street, standing or while walking.
Along the way, we also drink a local beer or a non-alcoholic alternative in the local brewery or in a typical café.
Our guides are true locals with a big heart for Mechelen. They know the city inside out. Each guide adds their own accents based on their own life experiences and background.
Maximum of 25 participants per guide. Multiple groups can be accommodated simultaneously.
